Looking for 20km, 30km to train in Shah Alam

Today, our members: Peter, Albert,Dinesh, Ms.Chi, Ms.Leong, Ms.Mona decided to change the starting point from Klang stadium at the invitation of MsLeong to start fr the carpark, opposite of PKNS at 6.20am.

Since, there is no sight of any cars and the place is dim, I decided to turn out and I was lucky to find the parking lot outside SIRIM a convenient place.
With courtesy, I informed the guard that we are runners., and he kindly allowed.
3 more cars joined in to park. Martin , Dinesh 's friend came over and join the run.

Dinesh and MsLeong has map the route on sat , and we ran across from UiTM roundabout across the bridge into the industrial zone ( Bank Negara Mint factory, Toyota area ) and making a U-turn at a marked spot. We missed the spot by 100 ++ m and turned back much earlier.
I was surprised on Sunday that the traffic are heavy especially on the industrial zone, while , at the housing estate, we just to be careful of speeding cars. We agreed to look for a new road to avoid the industrial zone.

I had a good run overall except that we need to find another route to replace the industrial zone.
I like the stretch fr Junction to Bkt Cahaya towards Concorde Hotel, It reminds me of my training for Full Marathon.

I had a quick shower at the public toilet across out parking lot.
The toilet is clean except there is no shower tap.

MsLeong treated us a good breakfast at Tmn Sri Muda , I wish I can be " invited " every sunday ! hahaha.......

Everyone was dissatisfied of the route, I decided to drive to Bkt Cahaya., to find whether we can compensate the distance at the Industrial zone.

To my surprise, there is a new housing estate branching out along the way to bukit cahaya and it is not really occupied and the distance combined with the road to the Bkt Cahaya park measured up to 6.9km.

Next Sunday, we looking forward to the new route.
Meanwhile, our training target------------- 30km at the /Great Eastern on 20/1/08.
