Spore marathon preparation

For the past 4 weeks, I have been running 21km from Klang stadium to shah alam.
The haze, and now the rain in the evening has not been helping in my run.

Albert and Ms Leong has been very supportive to pace me for the whole distance ( 21km ) though they are not going to singapore and there are no local race for Full Marathon. Thanks to them.
This week , the rain really hampered my training and tomorow, i have to do a another long run 21-25km.

Next week, another 21km at Bidor.
I havent do a 30km yet and the spore marathon is just a month away.

New Mizuno Wave Inspire shoe= tested last sunday run with my new shoe. At a discount 50% , it cost me RM210.00 ., and i intend to use in my spore marathon.
After the run, I feel my knee some pain and i am not sure whether it is contributed by the new shoe.

Well, let see what happens tomorrow.
Good news is I can see blue skies and clouds , please stay that way.

God bless.

Comments:
Captain run in the rain if its just a drizzle, thats what I did. The haze taught me that we need to just run whenever we can.

You should do a 30k on the 12th in the PACM practice run. Actually one is not enought but it will have to do.

You are doing well with consistent long runs. The challenge will be after 25k for you. In Bidor run it as a race and not just your normal pace. This will help you.

Too bad I can't join you and Peter for Singapore. I shall be in Australia and back only on that day. Wishing you best of luck in the remainder of your training and just go out there and hit the road!
