October Haze
Haze is back again ! It was very bad in KL and in Klang.
No training yesterday night at taman rakyat, Klang .
Pacesetters , Klang group train every wednesday from 8.30 - 9.30 pm.
I wonder how much of haze inhaled in 5 km run, will our lungs get choked?
Today, thursday, is as bad as yesterday.
Hope that what the Star writes that it will last for another 3 days is accurate , at least , we can get back to training for another long run on sunday.
So, keep on running !
chow..lah.

Tey,
You are right, on sunday we start at 6am for long distance run ( 21km ) and after 2 hrs almost reaching the klang town , we already noticed the haze has alreadby been blown in.
This morning, at 7.15am , still some haze but manage to do some light jungle trek at 2 km.,at least the haze is less.
Where's yr training schedule?
Lim
