Beak-Beak !! off we go !

Well , it was a good run for me as this time , the route has change from 10km to 12 km running into exclusive housing estate. Million dollar homes ! with nobody in sight !

This run is gearing up the team to our coming Singapore run on 2/12 (2 weeks away ).

I now make myself available for the KRI run because of the creative medals the organiser gives every year. It is always different from the last run- so it is like a collection items. This is my 3rd KRI out of the 8 times since they started.

Keep a date with them , it 's worth it !

My daughter , Ching Lu in red vest (right ) with her members in Ekiden Run held at Putra jaya. 5 - members team in a relay whereby each runner covers a certain distance to complete the total race. Congratulations to her and her team as they came in as 2nd Runners Up.

It was the Power Run annual event , and the runners behind me were wearing the PowerLogo blue t-shirts. It forms by background.

Those diehard runners preparing for the KLIM is definitely look this as another training.

To complete a 30km run like this Great Eastern, will convince that you are able to sign up for the Full Marathon of 42km.
You are definitely fit to complete the race.

Many runners will tell you that they sign up the full marathon during coffee talks, due to "face value" ok-lah- you run, i run.

Mine was one of them.
Mala is one of my group of runners and she has been taking part in so many 10km and I was taking part in so many 21kms.
In order to convince her to run the 21km , I said I would run a Full 42km. I knew that she will not sign up, somehow, at one Shah Alam run, she has also without knowing until that morning, the colour and bib no belongs to 21km category !

So someone is playing foul ! whatever , it is , she ran and completed the race !

I keep my word. Wait for more stories.
