Kuantan TC Run Oct 21,2007
This dog came all the way from Kuala Lumpur !
4-legged friend can run faster !
On the right is the beautiful medal given away-I got one !
Next yr , the organiser will do some special medals for these dogs lovers - probably dog's paw shape !
It was an experience to end at the finishing on the beautiful sandy beach of Teluk Cempedak. (TC). , and later manage to squeeze behind after spotting them taking group photo.Hotel : Stay at Annexxe Resthouse, at 80.00/std room of 2 single beds. It is 3km away from TC-along the way. Remember to book the room facing away from the front main road. During the run, we will pass by it.
Next run- KRI , Ipoh on 18th November , 2007.

Thailand Trip-2007
Visit my supplier in Nonthaburi, Thailand. His name is Mr.Sakda , notice that he is wearing the Yellow T-shirt , on the pocket is the Thailand Emblem.Everyone wears one , they are on high end display in supermarket like Subang Parade std.
The materials is of good quality., so it is comfortable to wear.
To wear one is to show respect to the King and they are very patriotic !
While we hang our Jalur Gemilang (Malaysia flag) , most of the tall buildings hang their photos of their King !
Running ? -oh yes, steal sometime off in the morning to jog on the trackmill.
Always bring yr Pacesetter Tee and yr running shoes to remind yourself to exercise.

Paris ? India ?
I have never been to Paris nor to India but I have seen the miniature replica of them in China !
I visited the Windows of the world theme park , in Shenzhen, China this year.

Gunung Naung Photo-2007
Above is the group photo of Pacesetters members and Bata friends taken on a trip to Gunung Naung this year. ( I did not post it until now ).
Another photo at Gunung Naung , Selangor.Once you are in the water , you tend to forget the time to leave as the distance / time from this point to the base ( parking lot ) is a long way.
It was the biggest group I ever organised,total 23 people. Of course , I got great assistance from Peter, Albert, Lee Foo Kien,Ms.Chi, Chak, Lee SK, Lee KS and Wan Azlan . We all reached Leeches Camp and back safely.
